Wings: Deer Hair
I also us Zap-a-Gap on the wings and head to help the fly push a bit more water.  Tie the bug in Black, Yellow and Olive.  It would also make a great bass fly.

Hackle Stacker – Dry Fly Pattern

Here is a very cool way to tie hackle on to a piece of mono to create a sweet little dry fly.  You could tie all of your small may flies be changing the body color, hook size and hackle.

Sparrow Nymph – Fly Pattern How To

Here is a quick video on how to tie the Sparrow Nymph.  It’s one of my favorite patterns for Steelhead here in Michigan.  I tie them with a natural pheasant rump with olive dubbing or tan.  Also, I use the died pheasant rumps to create some quick fish catching patterns.

FREE Fly Tying Demonstration – Todd White
