The Crabbit

With the snow blowing around outside I thought we would try to think some positive thoughts an bring you a Saltwater pattern.
This is the crab that I caught my "championship belt" winning permit on.

5 Cast Permit

On his arrival to the flats this trip John jumped out of his car, looked at the flats and yelled "Permit!"
Ran down to the fish made 5 casts and landed his first Permit of the trip.

If you're interested in trying out Salt Water Flats fishing for yourself we will be hosting trips in January, February and March of next year.  Trips will cost around $1200 for a week of fishing.  Contact the shop if you're interested in a certain week or have questions. info@nomadanglers.com

Off the Grid. For every well know hatch, river and run of fish, there are countless others that go virtually unnoticed. So when we began filming at the beginning of last year, we decided to look for people, places and fish a little bit more, out of the ordinary.

I hope when the DVD comes out he includes a map to some of the trout locations!
