This weeks fishing report is going to be short and sweet! Last weeks rain storms  really got the small mouth fishing to heat up more than it has been. With the water levels coming up a little from the rain and a good light stain to the small mouth rivers around Grand Rapids. It brought some of the best fishing we have had in a couple weeks now. As we enter 2020, we thought it would be cool to collect some memorable fish pics from some of our staff as well as good friends and customers. The following are all fly caught fish from 2019. Enjoy!

The Northview Fly Squad just got back from their annual Fly Fishing trip out west. Here is a brief recap of this years trip to Colorado's South Platte River.

Here is a rig we use for setting up a switch rod for steelhead fishing in Michigan.  You can substitute the "leader" with a basic tapered leader.  We recommend the RIO Fluorocarbon or Rio Steelhead Salmon Leaders.
